The DMP, as part of the moves, floated some guidelines as well for the visitors who will pay homage to Bangabandhu on August 15.

DMP Commissioner Asaduzzaman Mia briefed those to journalists in front of the museum on Saturday. A media release was also issued in this regard.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was scheduled to pay the homage by placing wreaths at the portrait of Bangabandhu in front of the museum.

According to the release, vehicular movement would be restricted on the west side of the two-way Mirpur road from Rasel square to Metro Shopping Mall from 4am on the day.

There will have single entrance at Rasel Square to reach the museum with one-way movement while the west-side of Dhanmondi 32 road was set as the exit passage.

The commissioner requested the visitors not to carry bags, explosives or sharp materials during the visit.
