The detainee is Satir Ali, 36.
Sylhet Additional Police Super (ASP) Suggyan Chakma said: “Locals caught Satir and handed him over to the law enforcers on Wednesday morning.”
His wife Nurobi Begum claimed: “My husband took our sons-- Momin and Ruzel-- for fishing on Monday afternoon but they never returned home.”
“After a frantic search, their bodies were found in a marsh land at night,” said the mother demanding an exemplary punishment for her husband.
Osmaninagar OC Abdul Awal said no complaint was filed in this regard.
