
Director Brigadier General of the CMCH Md Jalal Uddin and Bangkok Hospital’s Director of Breast Cancer Professor Dr Supakorn Raojananin and Dr Nilanjan Sen signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations at a city hotel.
Under the MoU, a team of the doctors and nurses of CMCH’s Surgery department and Gynecologist department will be trained up in Bangkok to enhance their skill for breast cancer under a project tiled “Breast Cancer Screening and Awareness Project”.
Prior to signing the MoU, organisers at a press briefing said the objectives of this one-year long project under Public-Private-Partnership are to increase public awareness for breast cancer as many women are felt reluctant or inhabited to talk about it or go to doctors.
At the press conference Bangkok Hospital’ International Marketing Director Ralf krewer, Department Breast Centre and Surgical Oncology’s Head Paveena Paladsrichuy, Hospital Marketing Department Head Prayurapat Srirat, International Marketing Department Head Faisal Anwar Patrick, Director of Breast Centre Prof Dr Supakorn Rojananin and Dr Farah Chowdhury were present at the press conference.
