The Public Administration Ministry issued an order in this regard on Sunday morning.
However, the order did not mention their new posting.
Among the promoted officials, some 145 have been promoted to the post of additional secretary from joint secretary, 186 to the joint secretary from deputy secretary and 205 have been promoted to the post of deputy secretary from senior assistant secretary.
With the new promotion, the number of additional secretaries has reached 550, joint secretaries 613 and deputy secretary has reached 1,479.
