SC to halt use of election symbol Scale

The decision was adopted in a full court meeting of the Supreme Court and High Court justices in presence of Chief Justice SK Sinha on Monday, says HC division Additional Registrar General Sabbir Foyez. He also said: “A letter regarding the matter will be sent to the EC on Wednesday. The Scale is symbol of justice and this is why decision has been taken not allow it to any political party.
