Chanchal will lend his voice to a folk song
ATN Bangla will air popular magazine program Pachforon on April 14, marking the Pohela Boishakh 1427. It was created and produced by Fagun Audio Vision.
The program will take place in a house where three distant relatives get stuck owing to the virus and have discussions with regard to the causes and consequences of the pandemic among themselves. Shajal, Subhasish Bhowmik and Ziaul Hasan Kislu will play the three main roles.
Pachforon will also feature two songs by singer S I Tutul and popular Bangladeshi actor Chanchal Chowdhury respecively. Chanchal will lend his voice to a folk song titled Majhi baiya Jaore, composed by Kanailal Shil.
Pachforon will feature a few excerpts from various TV plays, along with a series of reports on the making of tradtional handicrafts, musical instruments and folk music of Bangladesh.
The program, sponsored by Keya Cosmetics limited, will be aired at 8.00pm on ATN Bangla, focusing on the Pohela Boishakh celebrations across the country amid the coronavirus pandemic.
