JCI Dhaka East holds webinar on women leadership

JCI Dhaka East, the first local branch of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bangladesh, on Saturday organized a webinar entitled "She Leads 2 - Celebrating Women Leadership." 

Some inspiring women came together to share thoughts on their journey towards leadership, the challenges they faced during the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic and their future plans to lead more effectively from the front, said a press release issued in this regard.

Supreme Court lawyer Barrister Syeda Seema Karim, Pooja Sengupta, founder of Turangami School of Dance, Sadia Khalid Reeti, film critic and screenwriter and Showtime editor at Dhaka Tribune, Ashreen Mridha, athlete and founder of Deshi Ballers and Sabira Iqbal, director of Roshawa Group of Industries were the distinguished speakers at the event.

The webinar was streamed live on JCI Dhaka East’s Facebook platform. 

Members of JCI Dhaka East as well as other members from JCI Bangladesh participated in the event.

Shovona Shahid, director of JCI Dhaka East, moderated the event.
