He was incarcerated in a drug case
A prisoner of the Dhaka Central Jail has died while undergoing treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH)rty-one-year-old Md Dalim, who hailed from Chapainawabganj, was incarcerated in a narcotics case.
Jail authorities brought him to the hospital on Thursday morning, said Inspector Bachchu Mia of the DMCH police outpost.
“After examination, doctors declared him dead around 12:20pm,” he said.
