Police detained the accused from Dhanmondi Lake area on Wednesday night
A Dhaka court on Monday ordered police to interrogate four leaders of BNP's student body, Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD), including its former president Rajib Ahsan for two days at jail gate.
The other three accused are former JCD joint secretary Abdur Rahman, JCD leaders Rafikul Islam and Ashraful Islam.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate, Nivana Khayer Jessy passed the order, scrapping a remand plea filed by the police.

Police detained the accused from Dhanmondi Lake area on the night of September 8 as they were strolling there suspiciously.
Later a case was filed as they tried to obstruct the police from performing their duties while detaining them.
They were produced before the same court by the police on Thursday seeking three-day remand for each in the case.
