The court has deferred to April 4 the deadline for submitting the probe report against Khaleda Zia and 13 others in a sabotage case.
The court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Nurunnahar Yasmin passed the order on Wednesday.
Mayez Ahmed, assistant to a general registrar of the court told this correspondent: “February 28 was the deadline for submitting the probe report.
“However, the court extended the deadline until April 4, as an inspector from the Shahbagh Police Station was unable to submit the report on Wednesday.”
According to the case documents, leaders and activists of the Muktijoddha Parishad gathered in Gulshan area of Dhaka for a demonstration in February 16, 2015.

Later, Dhaka Janbahon Union General Secretary Ismail Hossain Bachchu filed a case over the incident.
