The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has once again failed to submit the probe report in the $81 million Bangladesh Bank heist. A Dhaka court has set March 13 as the new date for submission of the probe report.
With this latest development, the deadline for submission of the probe report has been extended 29 times.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Sadbir Yasir Ahsan Chowdhury set the new date after CID Additional Superintendent Md Raihan Uddin Khan, also investigation officer of the case, failed to submit the probe report on Sunday.
