9.3kg gold seized at Sylhet airport

Customs Assistant Commissioner Sazzad Hossain said: “Acting on a tip-off, we searched the flight after it landed at the airport around 6:30am on Wednesday and recovered some gold bars worth Tk4.5 crore. “The bars were recovered from four packets that were kept hidden inside two seats.”
