“Yaba dealer” held with 20,000 pieces

The DB personnel also seized 20,000 pieces of yaba from his possession, claimed DB sources. The arrestee was identified as A Rahman alias Aman, 20, son of Farid Alam, hailing from Teknaf upazila, DB’s Inspector Mohammed Alamgir said acting on a tip-off a team of DB police conducted a raid at the Railway Pologround area under Kotwali police station of the port city, detaining Aman along with 20,000 pieces of yaba. The inspector said the detainee has been handed over to Kotwali Police Station, and a case was has been filed in this regard.
