Victim Support Centre has received the documents of the case filled over the rape of two university students during a birthday celebration at a Banani hotel in Dhaka.
“We received the case dockets in the morning [Wednesday],” Women Support and Investigation Division Additional Deputy Commissioner Asma Siddika Mili told the Dhaka Tribune.

She said: “We will start the investigation and try to arrest the culprits after checking the papers.”
The case was transferred to the Victim Support Centre on Tuesday.
Until Tuesday evening, the case was with Banani police but now they will be assisting the Victim Support Centre with the investigation.
