Police have arrested four youths on charges of raping three girls at Mahalchhari in Khagrachhari.
The arrestees were identified as Thuiching Marma, Sathing Marma, Hridoy Chakma and Saiful Marma.
They were held on Tuesday night, Mahalchhari police station Officer-in-Charge Nur-e Alam, said.
Police said the three victims, all 10th graders, were having a chat in the field in Manikchharimukh area on Tuesday evening.
The youths picked up the girls forcibly and raped them in a garden.
The victims were admitted to a local hospital.
One of the victim’s fathers filed a case over the incident.
