Ecnec approves 13 projects worth Tk13,288cr  

The Executive Committee of National Economic Council (Ecnec) has approved 13 development projects valued at Tk13,288 crore. The projects were approved at the 23rd Ecnec meeting of the current fiscal, held at the National Economic Council conference room in Dhaka on Saturday, with Ecnec Chairperson and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair. Emerging from the meeting, Planning Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal told journalists: “A total of 15 projects were placed in the meeting for approval, but two projects were sent back for further reviews.” Of the 13 projects, nine are new while the rest are revised projects.
