He has been accused, for the fourth time, in Ashulia
Another case has been lodged against Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury, member of the board of trustees of Gonoshasthaya Kendra, for allegedly trying to grab land in Savar.
Nasir Ahmed, the owner of 14 decimals of land in Nolam area, beside Zafrullah- owned-Gonoshasthaya Kendra, in Ashulia, filed the case with Ashulia police station in the early hours of Wednesday, confirmed Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Ashulia police station Javed Masud.
This is the fourth time Dr Zafrullah has been accused of land grabbing, and all cases have been filed at the Ashulia police station.

Just like the previous times, alongside Dr Zafrullah, Gono Bishwabidyalay registrar Delwar Hossain, Gonoshasthaya Kendra directors – Saiful Islam Shishir and Awlad Hossain –and a number of unnamed individuals have been implicated.
According to the case statement, Nasir accused Dr Zafrullah and the others of trying to grab the land, fell trees, and vandalize the signboard on the land—in the last few months.
On October 21, a man named Selim Ahmed filed a case with Ashulia police station, accusing Dr Zafrullah of extortion and illegal occupation.
On October 15 and 19, two men – Mohammad Ali and Hasan Imam – filed similar, separate, cases at the Ashulia police station.
