A total of 39 Bangladeshis have returned from India, where they have been stranded due to travel restriction for the coronavirus pandemic.
A special flight operated by Novoair landed at the Dhaka airport just after 5pm on Sunday, a spokesperson for the private airlines said.
A week after Bangladesh reported its first Covid-19 cases, Bangladesh suspended all commercial flights in and out of the country. However, domestic flights on some routes are expected to resume from Monday.
