They were supposed to meet other JMB members to devise future plans, says RAB
The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has claimed to have detained two suspected members of banned militant outfit Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh [JMB] in Dhaka.
RAB identified the duo as Ruhul Amin Mallik, 38, and Mostafizur Rahman, 63.
They were detained from Mohakhali area on Tuesday night, said RAB 2 Company Commander Major SK Nazmul Arefin Parag.
“These two were supposed to meet other JMB members to devise future plans, recruit new members and raise fund,” he said.
He added that the duo was supposed to hold the meetings at their convenient times at different places of the capital.
