Eden College students protest police action on Shahbagh demonstrators

Students of Eden Mohila College have staged a demonstration in front of their institution protesting against Thursday’s police action on Dhaka University-affiliated college students in Shahbagh. The protesters blocked the Azimpur Road on Friday morning, disrupting traffic for about half an hour. Students of seven government colleges, which have recently been affiliated with the Dhaka University, hit the streets on Thursday demanding dates for their pending master’s and honour’s exams be announced.
