
The government's Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Department hosted a mobile application and game workshop at the Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology on Sunday, a press release said.
The Idea Workshop for Mobile Game and Application was conducted by consultants from the ICT department, while AUST Vice Chancellor Professor AMM Shafiullah attended as the chief guest.
The workshop is part of the government's Skill Development for Mobile Games and Applications project, which has already set up 38 laboratories throughout the country, including one at AUST.
The project intends to build programming skills in those interested to tap into the global billion dollar mobile game and application market.
