33,897 candidates took the Kha-unit admission test
A staggering 86% of the candidates, who participated in the Dhaka University (DU) Kha-unit honours admission test this year, have failed.
The result for the exam issued by DU, on Tuesday, shows only 14% of the students passed the admission test for the arts faculty.
A total of 33,897 candidates took the Kha-unit admission test; among them, only 4,747 passed. The available number of seats is 2,378.

Instructions issued by the university told students who passed the admission test, to fill up a “Choice Form” between September 26 and October 10—via the DU admission test website.
The passing candidates were also instructed to collect and fill up quota forms from September 26 to October 4, if applicable, at the dean’s office.
The students can also to apply for a review of their result from September 26 to October 4. Interviews of the passing candidates seeking admission in the Kha-unit will begin on October 21st.
