Departments asked to prepare the final examination routine and conduct other practical and oral examinations
The Dhaka University (DU) authorities have decided to take the examinations of its final year and master’s students from December 26 maintaining all the health protocols aiming to tackle the looming session jam.
The university also decided to curtail half time of all final examinations and hold other examinations in shortest period of time possible, the university’s Vice Chancellor (VC) Dr Akhtaruzzaman told BSS.
The decision came from the academic council meeting of the university held on Thursday virtually with VC Dr Akhtaruzzaman in the chair, said a press release.
The departments were asked to prepare the final examination routine and conduct other practical and oral examinations.
However, university authorities were reluctant to open its residential halls which raised concern among the students as they will have to suffer a lot because of not having residential support.
