Seminar highlights educational opportunities for Bangladeshi students in Russia

The Russian House in Dhaka on Tuesday organized a seminar regarding opportunities to study in Russia in the next academic year as well as the chances of getting scholarships provided by the Russian government.

Addressing the seminar, Director of Russian House in Dhaka Maxim Dobrokhotov shared updated data regarding his country’s educational system, spoke in detail about the online application process (via education-in-russia.com) and documents the candidates will need to submit, according to a press release.

The seminar was also attended, among others, by Soviet alumni Dr Taibul Hasan Khan, Doctor of History, Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) 1983, and several graduates and students of some of the top Russian universities.

They said Bangladeshi students can grab this opportunity to study at any Russian university for world-class higher education.

They also talked about the professional potential in Bangladesh for Russian alumni, noting that many of them are holding different senior positions in various public services, private companies and higher education institutions.
