Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (Sust) is set to reopen its campus from October 25, after nearly one-and-half years of Covid-19 related shutdown.
The decision came during an academic council meeting on Tuesday, Sust Vice-Chancellor Professor Farid Uddin told the media.
He said that the campus and residential halls will be opened to graduate and undergraduate fourth year students from October 25.
Meanwhile, third year students will be allowed into the halls on October 26 and second year students on October 27.

The vice-chancellor said that arrangements will be made to vaccinate students who are yet to receive their shots.
Educational institutions across the country were shut down throughout the country on March 17 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The government started reopening schools and colleges gradually in September as cases began to drop.
