The syllabus has already been shortened due to the Covid-19 pandemic
There is no scope to shorten the syllabus for this year's SSC and HSC examinations any further, Minister of Education Dr Dipu Moni has said.
She made the remark while speaking to reporters at the Dhaka Reporters Unity on Wednesday.
The education minister said: “We have already shortened the syllabus of the SSC and HSC exams due to Covid-19. We will take the exam after finishing that short syllabus.
“We will not entertain any request to shorten the syllabus more. Therefore, students should pay more attention to their studies according to the short syllabus,” she added.
This year SSC exams will start on November 14 and end on November 23, while the HSC exams will start on December 2 and end on December 30.
