Members of Rapid Action Battalion have detained a youth for allegedly circulating fake question papers for the HSC exam via social media and collecting money through bkash in Rajshahi.
Rabiul Islam, alias Jony, 18, of Bagmara upazila’s Saidhara village was arrested around 7pm on Wednesday.
In a media statement, RAB 5 said that acting on a tip-off, they conducted a drive and detained Rabiul.
A mobile phone, two SIM cards and a memory card were recovered from him.
A case has been filed against the detainee at Bagmara police station.
