The authority of Rajshahi University has fixed the age of candidates for recruitment of second and third grade clerks at the entry in the institution.
Sources in the university said the age limit has been fixed at 35 years where it was 30 years previously.
The decision was made in a syndicate meeting on Tuesday night where RU Vice-Chancellor Abdus Sobhan was in the chair.
The meeting also suspended two clerks - Masud Rana and Selim Reza , for involvement in robbery and drug trafficking.
