A 13-year-old girl was raped in the Rupganj upazila of Narayanganj on Monday.
A case was filed by the girl's mother with the Rupganj police station on Tuesday.
According to the case statement, on Monday, the girl was abducted by her landlord's son, Noyon, who raped her in his room, while his accomplice, Sohel, stood watch.
When her mother was looking for her, Sohel standing guard outside Noyon's room ran away. After breaking into Noyon's room, the girl was found and she informed her mother of the incident.
Noyon's father and mother threatened the girl's mother to remain quite about what had happened.
Rupganj police station OC Mahmudul Hasan said: "A case was filed with police station. We are trying to arrest the rape suspect and the landlords who were accused of making threats."
