ACC filed two cases against the Destiny Group MD with Kalabagan police on July 31, 2012
The Supreme Court has set Sunday to pass order on a bail plea filed by Destiny Group Managing Director (MD) Rafiqul Amin in two separate graft cases.
An Appellate Division bench led by Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain passed the order while hearing a bail plea of Destiny Group MD on Thursday.
Advocate Saeed Ahmed Raja moved the bail plea for Rafiqul Amin, while Anti- Corruption Commission (ACC) counsel Advocate Khurshid Alam Khan opposed the plea.

On August 20, the HC scrapped the bail plea of Amin and ordered authorities concerned to dispose of his cases within next six months.
Amin later appealed to the Appellate Division against the HC order rejecting his bail.
ACC filed two cases against 35 persons, including Destiny Group MD Rafiqul Amin, with Kalabagan Police Station in the capital on July 31, 2012.
