One of the incident of rape occured about a year ago, and another had taken place in mid April this year
The survivor of the gang rape in Noakhali has filed a rape case under the Women and Child Repression Prevension Act, in connection with two prior incidents of rape allegedly by Delowar Hossain.
The accused in the case are key suspect Delowar Hossain and his associate Abul Kalam, who had planned to rape her.
According to the case statement, one of the incidents of rape occured about a year ago, while the other had taken place in mid April this year.
A year ago, Delowar raped her in her own house. Delowar threatened to gang-rape and murder her at gunpoint when she screamed.

In April, Delowar called her out to a boat through his associate Kalam. There, both Delowar and Kalam planned to rape her.
However, when she pleaded with Delowar, he gave some money to Kalam to leave the scene. Then Delowar raped her for the second time.
Six people have so far been arrested in the two previous cases filed in connection with the gang rape of a housewife in Noakhali.
The woman filed cases against nine persons with Begumganj Model police station on Sunday night.
The incident occurred in Noakhali's Begumganj upazila, Joykrishnapur village of Eklaspur union, on September 2.
The video footage of five men raping the woman went viral on social media platforms on Sunday and raised concerns among netizens.
