A 20-member delegation of United Nations organizations - including United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNCHR) and International Organization for Migration (IOM) - has visited the Rohingya camp in Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar.
Led by heads of three organizations, the team reached the Balukhali-2 and No 11 Rohingya camp, around 8:30am Friday.
The delegation inspected different food distribution centres under World Food Program (WFP), and talked with Rohingya women and children in No 11, 17, and Rohingya camps in Ukhiya

High Commissioner of UNHCR, Filippo Grandi, Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, Mark Lowcock, and Director General of IOM, António Vitorino, were among the delegation.
A press conference will be held around 3pm, where the delegation will talk about their experiences.
Earlier, the team reached Cox's Bazar Airport from Dhaka Thursday afternoon, and held separate meetings with the Cox's Bazar deputy commissioner and Rohingya refugees commissioner.
On Wednesday, the UN delegation paid a courtesy call to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her office in the Jatiya Sangsad, after reaching Dhak
