Peoples Insurance declares 12% Cash Dividend

Peoples Insurance Company Limited has declared 12% cash dividend recently for the year 2016 after its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Dhaka. The shareholders of Peoples Insurance attended the discussion. They expressed their satisfaction for efficient management of the company. Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury, ex-chairman and director of the Company presided over the meeting. Directors of the organisation, MA Rashid, Hasan Ahmed, Shahjada Mahmud Chowdhury, Saiful Arefin Khaled, Jafar Ahmed Patwari, Kabir Ahmed, Md Mahfuzur Rahman Bhuiyan, Mohammed Abu Kauchar, Jamal Uddin Bhuiyan, Chief Adviser MH Khaled and Chief Executive Officer Sib Sankar Saha attended the meeting.
