China based global tech giant Huawei posted 9.9% year-on-year revenue growth in the third quarter of the calander year 2020.
In July-September, the company generated $98.57 billion in revenue while its net profit margin was 8.0%, said a press release.
Huawei said that the the growth met its target and expection, especaially in Covid-19 pandemic time.
"As the world grapples with Covid-19, Huawei’s global supply chain is put under intense pressure, and its operations face significant challenges," the release reads, adding that the tech giant continues to do its best to find solutions, survive and forge forward.
Huawei would to leverage its strengths in ICT technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing and 5G network to provide scenario-based solutions, develop industry applications, and unleash the value of 5G networks to its customers, the compnay said in the media release.
The company's goal was to help enterprises grow their business and help governments boost the domestic industry, benefit constituents, and improve overall governance, the press release said.
ICT has become a cornerstone of modern society and the main driver behind sustainable social, economic, and environmental development.
Huawei believes that rapid and healthy development within the ICT industry will rely on open collaboration and mutual trust across the global industry, so it will continue working closely with its global partners to create greater value for customers.
