“The museum is an example for the country’s banking sector. We will collect various things and memorable moments that will reflect the journey of the bank since 1999,” said Anis A Khan.

The bank has also inaugurated a terracotta wall, painted at the entrance of the MTB Tower. The terracotta wall will reflect the spirit of the liberation war of 1971.

After the inauguration program, the bank unveiled its calendar for 2020. The theme of the calendar is “Mujib Shoto Borsho”  which highlights the paintings and precious moments of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on different pages of the calendar. The paintings were drawn by 12 famous local artists.
