Banani Club members can now use Citytouch anytime

City Bank offers the digital banking service, Citytouch, on mobile and desktop

City Bank recently signed an agreement with Banani Club Limited to allow over 1,000 members of the club to pay their bills and fees using City Bank’s digital banking platform ‘Citytouch’ anytime.

Rubel Aziz, president of Banani Club former chairman of Citybank, and Mashrur Arefin, MD and CEO of City Bank signed the agreement, said a press release. 

Other attendees include Head of Digital Financial Services Sheikh Mohammad Maroof, Head of IT Zafrul Hasan, Mohammad Anisur Rahman, Abdul Gaffar Mollah, Director of Finances, Director of Administration of Banani Club Makin-Ur-Rashid, and other senior officials.

Banani Club President Rubel Aziz said the club has been working on improving their facilities for its members and Citytouch will offer a much-needed 24/7 service platform for club members.

City Bank MD and CEO Mashrur Arefin commented that Citytouch is one of the most convenient platforms for bank customers in the country. 

He thanked Rubel Aziz for spearheading the launch of Citytouch back in 2014 when Aziz was the bank Chairman.

City Bank offers the digital banking service, Citytouch, on mobile and desktop and introduced WhatsApp Banking, which has set a new benchmark in the service.
