Property solutions provider Bproperty has signed a deal to market 34 of Assure Group's projects across the capital.
City dwellers looking to buy residential apartments in Mohammadpur, Mirpur, Moghbazar, Bashundhara, Uttara and West Dhanmondi can now do so through Bproperty, says a press release.
The two real estate entities had previously signed an agreement back in March this year, but a new agreement was signed exclusively for 34 new projects.
As per the new agreement, a total of 150 units will be available from Assure Group's 34 projects through Bproperty, with the smallest of the unit sized at 1134 sq ft and the biggest being 4416 sq ft.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed recently at Assure Group’s head office at Gulshan Avenue in the capital, where Rejbeen Ahsan, general manager of Bproperty and M Arifur Rahman Shazal, CEO of Assure Group, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Out of the 34 projects, three are located in Mohammadpur. The units in these projects are between 1141 sq ft to 1747 sq ft.
Three other projects located in Mirpur range from 1134 sq ft to 1413 sq ft.
Projects located at Aftabnagar, Moghbazar and Bashundhara range from 1251 sq ft. to 2388 sq ft respectively.
Other projects located at Baridhara and West Dhanmondi are 1721 sq ft and 1208-1258 sq ft respectively.
A total of 17 different projects out of the 34 are located in Uttara, ranging from 1444 sq ft to 4416 sq ft.
