GSP Finance declares 11% dividends

The closing price for each of its shares was Tk25.8 at the end of Monday’s trade

GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited declared 5.5% cash and 5.5% stock dividends for the year ended on December 31, 2020.

In a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Monday, the company also reported consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of Tk1.55 for the year ended on December 31, 2020, up from Tk1.32 (restated) for the same period of the previous year.

Meanwhile, its consolidated net asset value (NAV) per share stood at Tk21.9.

The annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to take place on September 28, 2021, via a digital platform.

GSP Finance last offered 10.5% stock dividend back in the year 2019. The closing price for each of its shares was Tk25.8 at the end of Monday’s trade.
