Ibn Sina Pharmaceutical declares 47% dividend

The Ibn Sina Pharmaceutical Industry has recommended a 47% cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2021. 

In a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Wednesday, the company reported consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of Tk15.66 and consolidated net asset value (NAV) per share of Tk68.69 for the year ended on June 30, 2021 as against Tk12.56 and Tk56.88 respectively for the same period of the previous year.

Ibn Sina is scheduled to hold its annual general meeting (AGM) on November 18 via a digital platform. 

Earlier in 2020, IBN Sina offered a 38.5% cash dividend to its shareholders. Its closing price was Tk272.9 during Wednesday’s trade.
