Stories of 'superwomen' at DLF

Her stories: Adventures of Supergirls by Amiya is a book that tells the story of 21 homegrown exceptional women of Bangladesh, narrated by Amiya. Published by Her Story Foundation, the book is a collection of illustrated children’s stories, which came to fruition from the dedicated work of 31 people. A number of the characters from the book appeared in session “HerStories: Homegrown Supergirls”. These “superwomen” were Mabia Akhter, Madiha Murshed, Nayma Hoque, Nishat Mazumder and Tamanna-E-Lutfi with Seuty Sabur as the moderator. The panel ended with unveiling of the book by Asaduzzaman Noor, Minister of Cultural Affairs. “Positive perspective from partners is the way to support women in pursuing their dream and career.
