Chef Deaw, a Thai native, has a tremendous experience working for a strong line-up of international hospitality brands. He started his career at the Grand Pearl Cruise in Bangkok then moved on to the famed Shangri-La Hotel also located in Bangkok. Afterwards, he worked in a series of celebrated brands in prominent locations namely Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket, Grand Hyatt Doha, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, Six Seasons Resort Maldives, and Amazing Hotel & Resort Group Myanmar. His last assignment was at the prestigious Yacht Club Hotel and Resort in Myanmar where he served in the capacity of Executive Chef.
