Amari Dhaka will offer feasts featuring exclusive examples of delicious iftar and suhoor specials at Amaya Food Gallery, Cascade and all banquet halls throughout Ramadan. The dishes are meticulously selected and prepared considering the long fasting days so that they provide ample nutrition during iftar and dinner while preserving mouth-watering taste.  

At Amaya Food Gallery, there will be a collection of fresh seasonal juices with the classic almond milk. An exclusive collection of dates and nuts will surround three different minor stations: cold station for seasonal fresh cuts, shwarma station for Arabic chicken shwarma with condiments and carving station for Lamb Quzi on Arabic khabsa rice. The hot area will feature traditional dishes such as mutton haleem, fried gram, chicken tangri kebab and much more. Arabic and Thai hot specialities such as Samak Tagine and Phad Thai Prawn will also be available among other contemporary dishes. 

The main food stations will include Arabic hot food featuring couscous with chicken and vegetable stew and Lebanese Musaka among other attractions. Then there will be the Thai station with more prominent phad Thai prawn, dried fish curry and spicy egg plant in the equation. The Japanese station will feature live sushi and sashimi while the Chinese station will have honey chicken, szechuan fish among others. Last but not least, the Indian station will have regulars such as kebabs and there will also be six special  highlights, including Mughlai shahi mutton korma and pomfret masala. All stations will contain huge variety of delicacies to choose from.

To finish off, one must try the delightful range of pastries at the Pastry Corner featuring Turkish Buklava, Turumba, Reshmi Jalebi and a fine collection of assorted French pastries. Additionally, the icing on the cake is the delicious faluda with kulfi ice-cream guaranteed to leave you craving for more. 

This lavish iftar cum dinner buffet offering at Amaya is priced at Tk5,000 net with buy one get one free. Suhoor buffet is available every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Tk2,500 net also with BOGO applicable for selected cards.

For budget clients, Cascade lounge is offering an exclusive iftar buffet at only Tk1,500 net.
