Primary and Mass Education Minister Mostafizur Rahman has said the primary education completion (PSC) and Ebtedayee examinations will start from November 20.
He made the announcement while talking to the journalists at the secretariat on Thursday morning.
The minister said: “The examinations will begin on November 20 and continue till November 27.
He said: “Last year there was a lot of misconduct due to question paper leak. So, this year the government has taken proper initiatives to prevent such incidents."
“If anyone is found involved with question paper leak then they will be punished gravely.”
A total of 2,930,573 students will participate in this year’s examinations which will be held at 7,194 centres across the nation. Of the total, some 238,509 are girls.
