Vaccine administration will resume on Saturday
The nationwide Covid-19 vaccination will be on hold for four days starting from Tuesday, due to the Eid-ul-Azha holidays, officials have said.
The vaccine administration will remain suspended on July 20-22, the Eid holidays, and on July 23, which is a Friday and weekly holiday.
Vaccine administration will resume on Saturday per schedule.
Prof Dr Mizanur Rahman, director of the Management Information Service (MIS) of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), confirmed the matter on Monday.
Officials at the DGHS said since the country will go back into a strict lockdown on Saturday, those scheduled for their jabs can go out and get them by showing their vaccine cards.
