With summer’s soaring temperatures, it’s easy to lose track of your water intake and get dehydrated. One perk of this seemingly terrible season is that it comes with some of the best fruits you will get throughout the year – something to definitely exploit before they run out and you’re only left with your midnight cravings. While it’s essential to drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated, smoothies made with fresh fruits can inject flavor, texture and colour into your hydration regime while adding nutrition to your diet.
