The audience is also praising the performances in the film. While speaking about the movie, reviewer Rashma Shetty Bali, too, couldn’t stop praising the performances of Shahid, Kangana and Saif. As she mentions in her review, “Kangana Ranaut, Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan‘s brilliant performances make Vishal Bhardwaj’s Rangoon a bloody good film. The three protagonists deliver their best performances even in a plot that sometimes curbs them.” Still, success depends on the box office, and the first morning of Rangoon did not go as well as anticipated.
Rangoon has hit the screens and while the film looks interesting, it seems to have started off on a worrying note. Rangoon has recorded an audience of just 10 per cent across India during the morning shows, which is quite shocking for a film of such magnitude. However, there is no need for the makers to worry just yet, as it is only Friday morning and the audience is expected to grow by the end of the day. But if morning shows the day – then the day is going to be quite bad for Rangoon.
