On the occasion of Eid-ul-fitr, Bangladesh Television (BTV) is arranging a series of Eid specials and as a part of that “Amar Gaan” hosted by pop singer Samina Chowdhury will be aired on the fourth day of Eid.
This is Samina's first show hosting gig. All songs for the show have been written by lyricist Kabir Bakul, composed by S I Tutul.
Samina will not be only filling in the chair of the host but also will be performing along with famous pop-rock singer SI Tutul.
Recording for the show was completed done on June 18 at BTV studio. Artists participating in the show enjoyed their time filming, as the laughed and shared their memories.
Kabir Bakul said, “I have so many songs that were sung by Samina Chowdhury and S I Tutul. Some of which will be presented by these two talented singers for the audience in this program.”
Samina Chowdhury said, “We have selected songs according to the choice of our audience. I believe audience will love this initiative.“
“It wasn’t like we randomly chose the hit songs. We selected the songs taht we know will blow away the audience. We really gave our best and we hope it will be entertaining,” said S I Tutul.
The show has been planned and produced by Mahfuza Akter. It will air on the fourth day of Eid at 12:20am.
