Following Eminem’s brutal rap attack on Donald Trump at the BET Awards on October 3, where the renowned hip hop artist lambasted the US president as a racist and “kamikaze that’ll probably cause a nuclear holocaust,” a number of celebrities and activists have taken to social media to express their support for the highest selling white rapper of all time.
Having been inspired by Grammy-winning hip hop legend Eminem’s lyrical critique of Trump, Seth Meyers, host of NBC’s “Late Night,” dropped some rhymes of his own on a recent episode.
"My name is Seth and I'm here to say, if you like Trump then go away," Myers rapped.

In his freestyle rap at the BET Awards, titled “The Storm,” Eminem commented on Trump's comments following the white supremacist rally in Charlottesville and questioned the President's own patriotism following his attacks on athletes and Sen John McCain, not to mention calling Trump a “racist grandpa.”
NFL free agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who was referred to in “The Storm” and is credited with launching the ongoing anthem protests against racism that Trump has openly criticized, told Eminem on Twitter: "I appreciate you."
Hip hop artists Snoop Dogg, Sean Diddy Combs and T-Pain also tweeted their support for Eminem’s anti-Trump track, as well as Basketball player LeBron James. In addition, various anti-racism rights activists from the USA have written a number of articles on CNN Online, the Guardian and New York Times supporting Eminem’s vocal protest.
“The Storm” swiftly went viral on social media, with Twitter officials telling billboard.com that over 2.1 million people had tweeted on the anti-trump track by Eminem as of Wednesday.
The White House did not respond to a request for comment on the video, and President Trump did not mention it while tweeting on several issues the morning after the awards.
Eminem previously slammed Trump in a nine-minute freestyle in 2016 titled "Campaign Speech" and in Big Sean's "No Favors," but this seems to be his most aggressive attack on Trump to date.
