After successfully running in theatres all over Bangladesh and Canada, Gias Uddin Selim’s second feature film “Swapnajaal” hits theatres in the US on Friday.
The romantic drama, starring Pori Moni, will be released through popular American multiplex chain Regal. The film’s overseas distributor is Swapna Scarecrow.
The distribution company’s officials recently told the press that the film will be released in three theatres in the first phase: Regal UA Kaufman Astoria in New York, Regal Ballston Common in Arlington, Virginia, and Regal Royal Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Previously, the film was released in five cineplexes around Canada from April 27, and “Swapnajaal” director Gias Uddin Selim has said the film will also be released in threatres of the Middle East and India soon.
The film, written by Selim, features Yash Rohan and Pori Moni in the lead roles and also includes Misha Sowdagar, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Shahana Shumi, Shahidul Alam Sacchu, Iresh Zaker, Shahed Ali, Farhana Mithu, and Ahsanul Haque Minu among the cast.
The film is produced by Bengal Creations.
