Popular singer Shayan Chowdhury Arnob has already been confirmed as the judge of online singing competition The Maestro Season Two. In a social media announcement, featuring a video with Arnob, it has been revealed that successful contestants will get a chance to sing with Arnob, and study at Shantiniketan.
Aside from his jury duties, Arnob is also set to mentor the participants. He will be grooming the best ten contestants of the competition as a mentor, and also arrange the enrolment of the top three contestants at his alma mater Shantiniketan, in West Bengal, India, so that they may learn the art of singing from the same institution as him. Under the guidance of Arnob, the best three contestants will also release new songs, accompanied by a music video.
In regards to this, Arnob announced on social media: "Something amazing is going to happen. Do not wait, and send your songs right away. We are waiting for you."
Furthermore, it has been revealed that the competition will have four stages. The songs can be sent to the inbox of Pran Layer's Facebook page. The first round of song submission began on July 5. Till August 5, anyone can send songs in their own voice to this competition.
In the subsequent rounds, there will be a selection and grooming, and finally the top three contestants will receive the above mentioned prizes.
